Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Searqo.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These terms apply when you use Searqo – Smart SEO Tools & Rank Tracking Platform. By creating an account or running a check you agree to them.
The service
We provide SEO analysis tools. Some run in your browser, some make a request from our server to a public URL you supply, and some rely on data from a third-party search-data provider. Which tools are available may change as the platform develops.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your account. You may close your account at any time.
Fair use and limits
Usage allowances apply to checks that consume server resources or paid third-party data. We may adjust these limits, and we may suspend an account that repeatedly attempts to circumvent them.
Accuracy of results
Results describe what a check observed at a point in time. Search results are personalised and change constantly, third-party data can be incomplete, and a website can respond differently to an automated request than to a browser. We provide the tools in good faith but do not warrant that any result is complete or error-free, and nothing here is a guarantee of any ranking or traffic outcome.
Your content
You keep ownership of the projects, keywords, and reports you create. You grant us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, and configuration changes can make tools temporarily unavailable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
